Non smoking Policy
The hotel Majestic is strictly a non smoking hotel. Smoking in your bedroom, even at the window, incurs a fine equivalent to an extra night accommodation in the room you booked. A “smoking” area is available in the patio of the hotel Majestic.
Payment of your stay at the Hotel Majestic
The hotel Majestic accepts payments by credit cards, mastercard, american express and cash.
No payment is done by the Hotel Majestic prior to your arrival. We only ask an pre authorization on the credit card given as a guarantee in order to check if it is a valid credit card. This credit card, given as a guarantee, will only be debited in case of late cancellation. If you have already pre paid your stay, you will have to pay only on site for your extras such as breakfast, city tax...
Cancellation policy
Up to 4 rooms per day, no cancellation fees are applied if the cancellation is done until 11.59PM the day prior to your arrival. Specific cancellation conditions apply when you book more than 4 bedrooms per day.
In case of late cancellation or no show, the hotel Majestic debits, on the credit card given as a guarantee, the amount of the 1st night without breakfast and city tax.
Breakfast schedules
At the hotel Majestic in Nîmes : Breakfast time is precious : whether you prefer a salted, sweet, hot or cold breakfast….you will find it all. Buffet breakfast is served from 7AM to 10AM on week days and from 8AM to 10.30AM on week ends and bank holidays.
You will enjoy fresh products : breads, pastries, gluten free bread, four quarter cake, “brioche”, “madeleines”, hot beverages ( coffee, tea, chocolate, soya milk), fruit juice, fresh fruits, compote, white cheese, yogurts, jams, honey, delicatessens, cheeses, cereals of which one gluten free, eggs, sausages and bacon.

Our reception is open from 7Am to 10Pm from Monday to Friday and from 8AM to 9.30Pm on week ends and bank holidays. During June and September Férias to reception is open 24 hours a day.

Check-in is from 2PM. Check-out on your last day is at 11AM latest.
